We need a custom recent news widget!

We need a recent or top news widget that works much in the same way as our reviews widget,also once that's done our recent topics widget should be reduced from the last 8 posts to 6 posts to keep the site clean looking @john knight please stop funking out our website please

LOL hes just doing his job. Only thing he just needs to warn/let us know when he is making changes is all.

Problem is that you need to do that manually again (just like the reviews). I this was a normal site where the forum was in a database, it would be much easier. But since it's not, you either need to use the manual widget or use the standard one but change it (if possible).
