Recent posts problem.

I just created a long topic title and for some reason my topic bleeds over to the second line up on the recent posts navigation up at the top of the page. Is that a programming error or bug?

It was a programming error on my part when I created the recent topics module. 
The topic is too long to fit in the space available on the line so it took up a second line and created a duplicate topic because of the nature of Java language.
