Pokemon X & Y + Alpha Sapphire & Omega Ruby Trading Post!

I have sort of an unusual Lotad in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire that I'd be willing to trade for a normal Eevee, any gender, any level. My Lotad has a few unusual skills. The first is Water Gun which isn't usually learned until it's high leveled "it's currently level 14" and its second skill is Bide which I didn't even know a Lotad could learn.

He's now a level 18 Lombre and his Nickname is Linktad.

Is Cubone rare? I have yet to encounter one in the game even through online battles.

Cubone can be found in Glittering Cave in XY, but are not catchable by any means in ORAS.
