What has been changed in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire?

It's funny you mention that, Rika-san. The creators have been really careful to make the Hoenn region as faithful to the original as possible, though everything receives enhancements thanks to the XY game engine. Of course, there are some pretty big changes too, with areas such as Granite Cave having a complete overhaul. Plus, some references to games released after the original RS are included, such as the dream researcher in the Devon Corporation saying that "his rival in the Unova region" is researching the same thing.

Oh, and the new PokéNav Plus features are excellent!

Well, I'm up to Lilycove City, and my party's changed quite a lot. Here's the current build, along with the (planned) field move/Contest Spectacular focus of each:

I never see you guys on. Anyways I beat the champion today. This is a record for me. Ive never beaten a pokemon game this fast before. 7 days.

@KingreX32 I usually play without turning on my game's Wi-Fi. In X I was often interrupted by a passerby who wanted to trade or battle, which became quite frustrating. Nowadays, I only turn on Wi-Fi whenever somebody on my Friend List and I want to play online, so let's do that sometime.

Most of my party's infected with Pokérus!

Awesome dude. ive got three pokemon infected with the pokerus, i keep them in my box to infect the others

My Lv. 40 Rhyhorn is in my PC box so that my other party members can get the benefit of double Base Stat bonuses later on. I think my Clefairy contracted it during a wild battle, and by the time I found out my main three Pokémon were also infected!

Wow is this game shorter than Emerald? I'm already facing off against the Elite Four!

I actually find it to be one of the more satisfying Pokémon games in terms of story, length and volume of content. Not dropping any spoilers, but there's more to it than you might think.

What happened to the post-game legendary events?! I hope they weren't removed in favour for the event pokemon that you can get from the pokemon center as I probably missed a vast majority of them...

What's the best method of obtaining evolution stones...the only one I've received so far is a single Dawn Stone.

If you have a Pokemon with maxed-out EVs, you'll be able to play some special missions in Super Training with it. Some of them reward you with evolutionary stones if you perform well.

How long does it take to hatch eggs in this game?! It seems much longer then it was in Pokemon Emerald.

I'm not sure, since I don't think I've hatched any Eggs in it yet.

@Ichigofan I believe that breeding is pretty much unchanged in the Hoenn remakes.

@Krazyredd After encountering and defeating/capturing Primal Groudon or Primal Kyogre, you are given an item called the Eon Flute which, when played, allows you to Soar through the skies over Hoenn on the back of your game's Eon twin (Latios in OR or Latias in AS). You can summon it in this way even if it's not in your party (if it's in a PC box, in Day Care, etc.), which makes Soaring much more convenient than the hidden move Fly. Plus, there is exclusive content when Soaring.

@Ichigofan I'd say that XY has a longer story, but ORAS has more things to do post-game.
