Dead Spot On My Wii U Gamepad! Troubleshooting Thread.

I just noticed today that there's a tiny spot on my Gamepad's screen that is unresponsive and touch controls don't work when my stylus sweeps over that spot. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I'd call Nintendo Customer service, but they're are closed until Monday. Thank for any help in advance!
