What Is The Extent of The PSP Backwards Compatibility On The PS3?

Can all Downloadable titles for the PSP be downloaded and played on the PS3, including the titles that don't list "PS3"? Also are there any official peripherals that allow you to run and play PSP Disks on the PS3? Thanks in advance.

For instance I've heard Unchained Blades can be played on the PS3, but the game is only listed as a "PSP" title on PSN.
