Someone is getting in trouble

Today Koei Tecmo released a youtube video basically confirming a Hyrule Warriors 3DS port. It has since been taken down but it's too late now, as the news has already spread all across the internet.
While this confirms Hyrule Warriors 3DS it seems to be only confirmed for Japan right now, localization of Hyrule Warriors 3DS is still unsure, because after all this is just a confirmed leak of the Japanese game. Also it looks like it will NOT be a New 3DS exclusive as the box art is not in the New 3DS style packaging.
Tetra and the King of Red Lions, both from The Legend of Zelda: The WindWaker, are shown off as playable in the game.
