As you can see in the second image which is the latest version of the concept box-art Cranky Kong is featured on it which has started rumors that possibly Cranky Kong could be a playable character in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, however for right now these are just rumors, but we will let you know if and when more information regarding this is released!

Cranky has been confirmed as playable in the new trailer at Nintendo.
