Indie publisher Nicalis has announced that Kemco's 16-bit mobile RPG Grinsia will be headed to the 3DS eshop! The game is crafted to be reminiscent of early 16-bit RPG's such as Phantasy Star IV and Final Fantasy II/IV.

In other news Tyrone Rodriguez the founder of Nicalis has recently stated that Cave Story did not sell well on the WiiWare service. There are also rumors that Cave Story will be removed from the WiiWare service later this year.

I'm surprised that Cave Story wasn't successful on the Wii Shop. As for Grinsia it looks like a solid JRPG.
