While the WiiU is many times more powerful than Wii and can do more than its predecessor ever could, there are still a lot of developers not utilising all of the consoles features. Thankfully it's not just Ubisoft, and Nintendo that plans to support its WiiU games with DLC Content.
A Tweet from the official account of the game Injustice Gods among us states that DLC from the WiiU version of Injustice will come later on in the Summer. The Injustice DLC released for the 360 and PS3 included the character Lobo and The Flashpoint Skin pack; Batgirl has been announced as the second DLC character. There has been no word yet on the price or a release date for this DLC pack.

Great news. I still need to pick up this game on the Wii U. Now that they have said the DLC is coming out for the Wii U version I am even more excited to play this game.

I wasn't really expecting the dlc to come, not that I'm interested in the game, but it's good news to hear as a Nintendo fan lol.
