The Legend Begins!
We recently got our hands on a brief playable demonstration disc of Xenoblade Chronicles so here's our first impressions!
Story
The story in Xenoblade is very unique in that the world that you play on is actually a dead giant "Bionis" that was killed by another giant "Mechonis", the inhabitants on the remains of the two giants have been at war for ages, but the Mechons have the upper hand, but the inhabitants of the Bionis have a legendary weapon known as the Monado a blade capable of destroying the Mechons, if you want to know more checkout Jnes5's upcoming review.
Graphics and Sounds
To call the graphics in Xenoblade merely good would be an insult, as the character models are PS3 quality and the massive environment is detailed and gorgeous! The details range from wildlife that aren't monsters to lush foliage and beautiful flowers to beautiful weather effects!
The soundtrack in Xenoblade Chronicles is a work of art with the battle music being some of the best I've heard in an RPG!
We will review the game as soon as possible and hopefully our final thoughts on this game will be as good as our first impressions!
