Have games been removed from the DSiWare service?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does anyone know if Nintendo removes titles from the DSiWare Shop? I live in NA and I tried to pick up Armada, the Flight Control clone, today and I can't find it anywhere. Anyone else notice it being gone from their shop or any other titles?

Yeah, certain games get removed from the Virtual Console, WiiWare, and DSiWare. It usually happens when a company has gone under, a major glitch is found, or a hackable exploit appears. I recall a Sudoku game being removed not too long ago.

Was it really? I can still see the game in the Canadian store (which I believe is the exact same thing 100%). I had to search for it with the search function, but it was definitely present.

Apparently 36 DSiWare games have been removed in various regions so far.
