What's the difference between Zelda Ocarina of Time and Master Quest?

The only difference that I've found is that Master Quest is more difficult than the original, and the 3DS verion is the same but for some reason it's mirrored...

If you only have these two choices, which one will you choose ? to have a game with no story ? or to have a game with the most ridiculous, boring, cliché-filled and horrible story ever ?
Do games need to be epic ?... or fun ?...

@Jnes5 your post is a bit vague what makes it more difficult are the enemies stronger are the dungeons and puzzles more challenging?

I can't really remember if the monsters were stronger, I think they don't, but the dungeons were definitely different, so that the puzzles would be more challenging and while also progressing through the game since the keys and other such items were placed differently.
