Three Cheers For The Return of The Bird...O?!

Nintendo gave viewers a preview of Wave 4 of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass today during their Nintendo Direct broadcast and showcased a new Yoshi's Island themed track which appears to have multiple environments including a beach, underwater section, a forested area, a mountain climb, and a sky section. Another BIG reveal was the return of Birdo who will be added to the game complete with various color choices just like Yoshi and Shyguy possess in the game. The DLC still has no concrete release date, but is still confirmed for release later this Spring.

The fact they’re adding new characters bodes well and gives me hope Switch 2 will just have DLC packs as to not have people complaining about a lack of content
