Developed and published by NAPS Team, Maria The Witch is a clear Flappy Birds clone with heavy inspirations from works such as Kiki's Delivery Service, is it any good though? We think so and here's why:



As we've said before, Maria The Witch is clearly inspired by iconic anime features such as Kiki's Delivery Service, and the game does a good job capturing the "feel" of those anime, but it falls short in many ways. There's not much of a story which is to be expected while the gameplay is a fun way to pass a little time, the somewhat unresponsive controls can make the game frustrating at times.



The gameplay is very similar to Flappy Birds, but is a little better in many aspects. Delivering mail can be quite challenging, but fun overall. The soundtrack is nice, albeit forgettable while the visuals are quite stunning and detailed. Overall there's not much to hate about the game, but the problem is there's not a whole lot to love. As a whole the game is a decent time passer, but is certainly not something that'll hold your attention for long and as such we give the game a decent level of recommendation.
