A lot of WiiWareWave's features don't load in safe mode with networking on Windows 7

I have to run my pc in safe mode because of reasons, but for some reason most of the features of this website don't load when my computer is set to that mode 
The like button, about author, mention button, quick reply box, chatbox, and quoting features won't load. Can someone please see if they can fix this problem?
