Patriotic Splatting!
Last weekend Nintendo postponed Splatoon's first Splatfest event due to technical reasons in the west and some feared that the event wouldn't see the light of day outside of Japan. Well those fears can be put to rest as Nintendo has announced that the event will be held on the American Independence Day which is July 4th! The theme this time around is cats vs. dogs in North America and Rock vs. Jazz in Europe!

Damn it Nintendo couldn't have picked a worse weekend to hold the event. I'm also going to miss the Splatfest.
