Error Code 118-0516 (Splatoon, Mario Kart 8) Empty Error Code 118-0516 (Splatoon, Mario Kart 8)

I'm from Germany and I haven't been able to play Splatoon or Mario Kart 8 since yesterday morning. Everytime I enter a lobby I am greeted by the error code 118-0516. I researched and it has something to do with V4 and V6 routers, but my router is V8 so I don't know what to do. Is this error happening to anyone else?
