Minor Website Changes Discussion.

We recently added a chime sound to our notification feature, however this only works on certain PC browsers and a handful of high quality mobile browsers at present.
Edit: It's confirmed that the audio file only works on the XBoX One browser as far as video game console browsers are concerned.
