Indie Developer Gets Slammed On The Nintendolife Forums

I was reading the forums over at Nintendolife yesterday and people were being ruthless towards RCMadiax for its upcoming Wii U eshop game Spikey Walls.
I'm not interested in the game, but some people were trying to start a boycott while others were trying to sign a petition to prevent the game from releasing while another group was name calling the developer. It was a scary sight and one that should never had happened. If you don't like a game, just don't buy it.
What do you think about this behavior? I'd like to know.

Thats awful! but doesn't surprise me, when I was on I noticed a lot of nintendo bashing and even of my love for Japan

This is mainly why I stopped visiting the Nintendo Life forums. It's like a troll magnet nowadays. I'm happy to be a member of a community as awesome as WiiWareWave.

Websites that allow that kind of behaviour aren't pleasant communities to be a part of.
