Arriving Later Than Expected!
We recently posted an article about the fact that Shovel Knight's release was being pushed back until Winter 2013. But now Yacht Club Games has announced that the game has been pushed back even further and won't be released until early 2014. These delays have certainly been making the Wii U eshop updates as of late rather sparse, but hopefully things will improve over the upcoming weeks and months!

Seriously though, it's probably for the better of the game. It may not be better for sales, though. There's a lot of 3DSWare and retail 3DS games lined up for an early 2014 release. Shovel Knight would've probably done better to strike while the iron is hot.

Shovel Knight has been delayed several times now, hopefully this will be the last delay.
