Such A Shame...
Even though the game will be released on the PS4, Xbox One, and possibly PC, the game likely won't appear on the Wii U. This is according to the director of the series, Tetsuya Nomura who was asked during E3 as to whether or not Kingdom Hearts III would make an appearance on Nintendo's new home console and he had this to say.
"This title is being developed through the DirectX 11 engine which WiiU can not use. This game can only be brought to "appropriate" hardware that can run the game engine."

Well at least the game has been announced for some consoles XD PS4 seems to be the way to go.

I don't get this, a family-friendly game like Kingdom Hearts III would sell like crazy on a Nintendo console, but yet they opt to release it on the Xbone and PS4 which are very adult oriented consoles plus you can't even consider the Xbone a "game" console.

From what I was reading on IGN, it still hasn't been confirmed fully that it's not being released. Perhaps after the current outcry maybe they'll change their minds? :-)

Im surprised it's coming to XBone, the 360 barley sold over a million units in Japan, and the XBone looks like its going to sell a lot less in the US which by Defult I were to guess even less in Japan, and for a game that is very Japanese oriented, just seems odd. I just hate the way 3rd parties are treating Nintendos WiiU right now 
Its just pure laziness the tech is a lot like the 6th gen in comparison I don't see why they can port at least half of the games they're making, especially PS360 ones... Loosing respect for 3rd parties, but hey saves me money
