Grand Theft Yoshi!
Smartphone clones of popular console titles are quite common, but Android game Era's Adventure took intellectual theft to a whole new level as its lead character, as admitted by the developers themselves, is Yoshi!
Not surprisingly, Nintendo's lawyers have been in touch with the developers, and according to Kotaku they're complying with the suggestions made:
"Yes, and they did with rightly since the original Era was Yoshi's character. The new Era is also similar to Yoshi but we are cooperating with Nintendo about the changes required by them but till that time the only thing that we could do is to re-color it, remove the carapace and some other parts and make some changes in "Eras" head shape."

They have a new one... Super Monster Bros..... OMG this is why I hate smartphones when it come to "gaming" /rage face, seriously it seems like Nintendos always the victim because it's cool to say Nintendos going to die, so let's use there iPs so they don't get forgotten because we remember the good old days of yester year when they were 90's type company but they got too behind in the time so they went kerplop

These people got off too easy, but I like how nice Nintendo is being about this
