First Update Is Finally Going To Hatch Soon!
Toki Tori 2 was supposed to be a launch day Wii U title, however it was quickly delayed to early April. This game has drastically changed the formula that gamers became accustomed to in the preceding Toki Tori releases and has done quite well in the Wii U eShop charts in different regions, so it looks like fans have been happy to buy into the new approach of the largely open exploration puzzle solving title.
Though it is still lacking many promised features, but luckily Two Tribes has confirmed that a patch has been submitted to Nintendo for approval; it's hoped that it'll be available within the next two weeks.
These are the fixes:
Better explanation of puzzles to prevent confusion.
Improved the flow of the game after reaching the room with a certain thing.
Added another super-secret area.
Fixed a bug where Toki Tori was invisible after returning to the game.
Fades between levels now fade the audio too.
Simplified the puzzle in the underwater passage.
Fixed an issue when the TokiDex was completed in the photo room.
Some back- and foreground elements got a fresh coat of paint.
When all the collectibles in a level (or the entire game) are collected a melody will play to notify the player.
Fixed a rare bug where the player completed the game, but the end scene wouldn’t trigger.
Various level tweaks, based on Miiverse feedback.
A second patch has also been confirmed, but will be a much longer wait, due to the great amount of detail and functionality that's planned to be added, including the currently absent Level Editor!
What do you think about the fixes this patch will make to this game? Let us know in our comments!

This is good, but the level editor was supposed to be available at launch.
