On February 28th 2013 Ubisoft released art officially confirming the next Assassins Creed game; Assassins Creed 4 Blag Flag. The Art featured an Assassin dressed in Pirate garb, hinting at the time frame the game will take place. It wasn't until today though, that the consoles the game will be appearing on was confirmed. Through the first trailer it's been confirmed that Assassins Creed 4 will be making its way to the WiiU along with all current consoles and Sony and Microsoft's next-gen systems.
We also got a bit of story from the trailer also, apparently the Assassin in this game is none other than Edward Kenway, for those of you who don't know, during the first part of Assassins Creed 3 you play as Haytham Kenway. How these two are related we are not sure, but most seem to think that Edward is Haytham's Father. If that's the case then that would make Assassins Creed 4 a prequel.
So far all we can do is speculate (speculating is fun) until Ubisoft comes out with more details for the game. Assassins Creed 4 is due October 29th of this year.

The Wii U is still getting multi-platform games after the other consoles.

I wonder if there will ever be a Fairy Tail RPG for the Wii U? Now I would buy that in an instant.
