Well looks like this wont be a 3DS exclusive anymore. Slated for Xbox, PS3 and Wii U release in May. One of the best 3DS games to come out last year but I am not sure if I am going to want to sink 60 dollars into this one since I have the 3DS version already.
Some new features are
1. There is already two analog sticks on the gamepad as opposed to the 3DS which means I dont have to buy an attachment.
2. Can play on a full size TV. Which it you are like me and have a 48 inch TV that could be a good thing
3. Minor changes and a new boss.
- levels have been upgraded
- vivid bloodstains on the floor
- new creatures have given the tempo a great shift
- encounters with the original enemies now take place in different situations
- when original enemies come out, it’s a situation where you’re pressed for a divergence of some sort
- sell weapons obtained in Raid Mode
- resolution has been upgraded
- 3D models and lighting have been edited
- character CGs have been revised
- game is dubbed the “Unveiled Edition,” because every step you take in the game is like a veil being lifted, according to producer Tsukasa Takenaka
- looking into incorporating an element similar to the StreetPass features
- "Infernal mode" difficulty setting
- Raid Mode to feature new weapons and more customization
However there are some negative to it as well
1. Full price release so unless I am willing to trade in my 3DS copy I will have to shell out 60 bucks.
2. Already played it beat it etc. etc, Unless they add something more than just the one new boss I dont see how it will be a different game. To me it just seems like they should add the new stuff as DLC to the 3DS version.
Still if you havent played it this might be right up your alley or if you just prefer playing it on the big screen but for me I will wait till it hits bargin bins.
Either that or hopefully they will release some DLC for the 3DS version. I know wishful thinking.
What do you all think?

I own the classic handheld original, I'm not the type of person to ever purchase a revamp of a game I already own. Too bad the game is so different, it would've been awesome to have cross-platform integration between the WiiU & 3DS. But alas, it's no longer a Nintendo exclusive and must strive to deliver the same experience on the WiiU as it's counterpart home consoles.

I know how you feel dude. If I had the money I would, but I dont.

I guess we're just not destined to play any online multiplayer games together KingreX32.
January 25th 2013, 12:57 pm
Wait why do you say that. Ive still got my Wii. And and arnt you getting a wiiu?
January 25th 2013, 1:13 pm
Yeah, I'll probably purchase a WiiU next year with my Federal income tax check. Right now though, I'm more inclined to direct my attention to Wii console games that I haven't purchased yet. Like: The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Arc Rise Fantasia, Wario Land Shake It!, Sakura Wars: So Long My Love and couple RPGs too. Lol!
But remember, I've only owned my Wii console for three years now, so I think this is understandable.

yeah man no prob. Thats the same reason i havent upgraded to a 3ds yet.

I know I won't be the only member here that'll be pre-ordering a copy of Pandora's Tower either. Especially if we Americans receive a bundle like Europe did.

Well some more details have emerged. According to gonintendo.com off screen play will be supported as well as the pro control on the Wii U. Also the gamepad will be used to switch weapons and view maps.
Probably not going to get this right away myself since I have it on the 3DS but this is definitely good news.

What is the 3DS version like Tasuki?
February 11th 2013, 11:39 am
Well since the Wii U version is a port of the 3DS it is exactly the same minus the added stuff mentioned in the article. I think its a very good game myself one of the best on the 3DS and one of the best RE games to come out in a long time. If you haven't played that one I suggest that you do either on the 3DS or one of the ports that will be coming out this year.

Well more news from Capcom, looks like Revelations wont have Wiimote and Nunchuk control options like RE4 did on the Wii. Kinda upset at this news since I was hoping they would have that option.
February 13th 2013, 6:27 pm
LOL i guess they are trying to ween us off of those controls
