More like Zed, one who isn't dragonblooded. Virtually everybody in Ornoposia has some amount of dragon blood, but Zed's bizarre in that he has no measurable amount of dragon blood in his veins. So basically, he's the odd one out of the main characters.

Let me put it this way: in the current episode of CoO, Zed's strongest spell is Prestidigitation, which is a multi-purpose cantrip (a cantrip is a basic spell, by the way) which he mostly uses to clean his mouth and spike his hair. lol!
