Is it true that Unchained Blades will be available as a retail download in America?

It's a turn-based battle system Megatron2000, but I haven't explored all of the technicalities just yet. I only played through the intro and then saved my game. I was up waiting until the morning hours, because I was forced to download the entire game all over again. I'll try to figure out more about the battle system tonight, and I'll keep you informed Megatron2000.
Besides the map being positioned on the bottom screen and overlayed 3D effects, does anybody know if there's any real differences between the PSP & 3DS versions?

Megatron2000, the battle system is as it is in most turn-based RPGs, except you can assign Followers (minions) to each of your Masters (main party characters). Followers can either help to protect your Masters by asorbing damage, or they can join in on an attack. The battle system isn't going to win any awards for originality, but it's done very well and adds a lot of depth to; otherwise, monotonous turn-based battle mechanics.
Edit: This game reminds me a lot of Devil Survivor, except it's a dungeon crawler. There's also no monster fusing like there was in Devil Survivor. So it's pretty much like a Pokèmon game for more mature audiences. And I only stated for more mature audiences, because of the less than proper language that's occasionally present. Also, even though "Unchained Blades" only costs $30, you'll still receive a product registration survey for the full 40 Club Nintendo coins. So I just reached Platinum status for 2013!

The developer, FuRyu, has promised potential buyers 60 + hours of gameplay. Which is a considerable amount longer than XSeed's last Nintendo localization, "The Last Story".

I'm beginning to enjoy this game even more than I thought I would. "Unchained Blades" is the best dungeon crawler I've ever played before, but I'll be pre-ordering "Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan" next month, so my opinion may soon change.

Are there any missable sidequests early in the game?

^ I know there are three sidequests available from the beginning of the game, at the first village.
I'm very surprised how unpopular this game is.

Well, I'm putting Unchained Blades on the back burner indefinitely now, because I was unable to transfer the data to my new SD card. The day on which my SD card arrived was the same day I found out that my mother's lame a** laptop doesn't have an SD card slot. Our PC which is only being utilized for the WiFi connection is totally screwed by Malware or something, because it keeps freezing on the desktop screen. Plus, the SpySweeper program has been damaged and needs to be reinstalled. Which is impossible to do, because the computer freezes up on the desktop screen. Don't ask me how this happened, because I have no idea. I'm guessing my brother was downloading porn or something. Lol!
Anyways, I had to download all of my games again last night. There's no way I'm wandering back and forth through the same damn dungeon grinding for 9 hours again. With Fire Emblem: Awakening & Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan right around the corner, I'll just save Unchained Blades for a rainy day when I don't have any other better RPGs to play. Heck, even Tom Clancy's: Ghost Recon - Shadow Wars is a better RPG. Well, actually a tatical RPG.
