It finally looks like Ninja News and Ware Wave are getting together for some re-designs. The site looks pretty good to me and we will continue to work through the forum to make it easier for people to use.

It looks good so far, but I do hope you'll manage to defy the limits of a free host and turn the website into something far beyond expectations mate.

True enough, but it's always fun to prove that it's not impossible to have a professional looking free website to non believers.

The next part of the re-design is to try to re-work the boards themselves. Some of the boards are dead and unused and other could be merged into others to strength what we already have.
My plan to put the Reviews with the actual Nintendo Discussion boards so you hae the discussions of that console in the main board and if you want to see review of games it's just in the sub board easy to find and click.
The old system requires you to move around the web site to find both which becomes a pain in the ass. When you see it completed it will make more sense and you will be wondering why we didn't do it in the first place!

Behold your new forum re-design all complete I believe.
1. Moved the Reviews as sub boards into the new Nintendo Discussions and Review Hub.
This will be the central area for members to start discussions and read the reviews in the same area. Much easier to understand.
2. Dumped a few unused boards and merged them into the Chit Chat boards.
3. Moved Upcoming Reviews into the Latest News as it is News about what is happening on the forums.
However the idea of Upcoming Reviews ins't a great idea. Members should just review it and release it. Make it a surprise!
4. Expanded the News Centre to feature both Ware Wave and Nintendo latest news. Suggestion to push news articles into the Nintendo Discussions to gain posts and discussion from members,
5. Ware Wave Features now is placed at the top of the Nintendo Discussions and Reviews for prime viewing angle. The big features (aka E3 and Console Launches) go here!
6. Download Discussions are merged into the Nintendo Discussions. If you are talking about download content you are talking about the consoles. Same thing and beefs up the section of posts even more.
7. Moved Retro Boards into Nintendo Discussions. How dare people put the great SNES next to a Playstation discussion board!

He's a good character alright! And if you thought the re-design is over. The big cake is on it's way. My professional graphic designer and I are in talks about a new logo showing everyone about our future of the site.

Thanks to everyone. It took a while to understand the skinning and how things would work together. The site looks brighter now and the boards are easy to understand and you will know where to go in a heartbeat.

If you listened to the podcast and the discussion with Brain we will be using the Ninja News one as it's the most active one and we will likely use the Wii Wave Twitter as that one is the most active one. Just using the best ones for the most success.

Something's wrong.

I think this is occurring because the server is too slow right now because none of the pages are completely loading.

There was some server loading issues last night but it seems to be cleared up now.
