A Sad Day Indeed...
GAME Group has announced today that it has been placed under administration. Luckily, however experts are confident that the business will be picked up by another company!
Unfortunately it's too late for nearly one thousand of the five thousand employees who lost their jobs today as many GAME stores were closed down.
GAME will try to keep running things while this process is going on, but it has stopped offering pre-orders, gift cards, and its reward card service.
Will even more people lose their jobs before this is settled? Let's hope not. Our hearts are with those who have lost their jobs due to this unfortunate situation.
