Havok we all know them, we have seen their logo on many games, like Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, Sonic: Unleashed, The Uncharted and Assassins Creed series, Motorstorm, The Killzone Series, Bioshock and Dead Rising, to name a few.
It has been announced today that Havok has entered into a Worldwide License Agreement with Nintendo to offer its Physics and Animation Technologies to WiiU Developers Worldwide. As Long as you are a Licensed Developer you too can have access to “Havok’s industry-leading technology”.
On top of some of the worlds Best Selling game Havok’s products have also been used on the big screen in movies like Clash of the Titans, Quantum of Solace, Watchmen, The Matrix, and Harry Potter order of the Phoenix. Havok is owned by Intel.
Looks like Nintendo was serious about improving relations with Third-party developers, this is just another in a long list of Partnerships and Joint development for the WiiU. Nintendo I’m rooting for you; these guys seem great to have in your corner, now just get Rare from Microsoft and I will be a happy camper. Look for Havok at this years Game Developers Conference. (March 5th to the 9th)

Even if Nintendo is serious about improving relations with third parties they need to make sure to avoid saying stupid things like not wanting to endorse garage developers.....
