"Nintendo Network" coming to Wii U and 3DS

Nintendo confirms Nintendo Network for 3DS/Wii U, individual accounts coming to Wii U.
What do you think the Nintendo Network will be? I cant wait to find out more

Sounds like Nintendo might finally be able to compete with the other companies when it comes to the digital age. Stuff like this just makes me want to buy more games to support the good decision making. Might have to pick up a 32GB SD card too, since Nintendo plans to release retail games on the shop.

There's also speculation that with the accounts in place, you'll be able to change shop regions so you can buy from a store outside your country/continent. I doubt it, but that would get me buying Japanese games regularly.

As for the "Network" itself, I think it might implement features such as chatting.
