In a world ruled by the crystal principle, darkness rules. Only one young clavat can stand up against this darkness.......you!
Gameplay
This is the first Final Fantasy game that is purely an adventure game but still has a pleasantly dark story on top of a great deal of action! Gone are the turn based or simple real time battles. Instead this game uses a motion based action oriented approach that focuses more on strategic attacks to take advantage of each enemies weakness!
This title is also fairly long clocking in at nearly 20 hours. So it should keep most players entertained for a good week. The replay value in this fun game is fairly high so expect to come back to this grand adventure after beating it!
Graphics and Music
The visuals in this title are nothing short of breathtaking and are likely the nicest looking things you will ever see on a Wii! The music is crisp and fully orchestrated but don't expect to hear many familiar tunes as the only returning music track from other games in the series is the chocobo theme.
Bottom Line: With great gameplay, breathtaking visuals, excellent voice acting and a fully orchestrated musical score it goes without saying that this is one title hardcore gamers should not hesitate to purchase!
Score 9/10
9- Awesome This game has little in the way of flaws, and is a highly enjoyable experience.
