@Rukiafan: Those two things aren't accidents. Brocc's real name is Broccoli, an embarrassment when compared with the names of both his older sister Katalina and his brother Sven. I imagine his seven other siblings also have names which are less embarrassing than his, though anything's possible in a family with 10 children!  

As for Zed...well, his name is a deliberate reference to the letter Z. What could that mean? Hm... Spoilers!
