OMG you haven't played SM3DL or MK7 yet?? Or for that matter RER?
Well if you plan on playing online alot or know alot of people who own MK7 locally than MK7 is great if not than you will just get bored of it really fast if your like me. Now the only time I play MK7 is when my friends come over.
As far as SM3DL goes yeah some people say its short and easy but I though its one of the best Mario games in years. To me it felt like a cross between Mario 64 and SMB3.
Resident Evil well if you are a fan of the older RE titles like I am than you will enjoy this one alot if you havent I suggest playing the demo.

Yeah, I just received my 3DS from Amazon on the 12th of June. I've already downloaded a couple 3DSWare titles, two DSiWare titles and four Gameboy VC titles, but I haven't purchased any retail games yet. I had, "Heroes of Ruin," pre-ordered, but I canceled my pre-order two days ago. The demo was way too short, and Demonic had some rather disappointing impressions of the game.

I thought you had a 3Ds longer than that? Did something happen to it or am I confusing you with someone else?

Tasuki, you must have me confused with someone else my friend.
I've cut the list down to: "Nano Assault," "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars," or, "Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes".
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to decide between either downloading Resident Evil: Revelations or Mercenaries. I already own Revelations physically, but that's why I never play it. SMTIV is currently occupying my cartridge slot, so I was thinking of just downloading Revelations. Are the graphics in Mercenaries horrible or something? Why is the game under 6,000 blocks? I only want to spend $10, and Oct. 31rst is the deadline for the RE sale. What should I do? I'm interested in the online aspects of Mercenaries, but I don't want to be let down after Revelations. Is the online experience in Mercenaries polished enough to warrant a digital purchase, and how long can I expect to play the game for?

I'm trying to decide between a handful of 3DS retail downloads, but I can't quite make up my mind. I'd love to know what you guys think of each of them so I can make a well-informed decision.
Luigi's Mansion 2 - I'm probably WAY overdue with this one!
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - This one has me more than a little curious... :study:
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros. - It's the Year of Luigi...again!
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate - I can play online using my Wii U as a relay, right?
Mario Party: Island Tour - What? It's coming out this weekend?!
I eagerly await your comments, guys. Happy gaming!

^ You NEED to download the first three games on your list.
If you want a handheld Monster Hunter game with online multiplayer, you're either going to have to get it for the Vita or wait for MH4. I wouldn't buy that Mario Party game, unless you have some friends to play with locally. But I think you only need one cartridge for up to four people to play.

Thank you for the advice, Nintenbro.
After visiting the eShop, I now have even more games to add to the list!
Nintendogs + Cats - It's finally in the eShop...man, that was a long wait.
Bravely Default - Maybe the demo doesn't quite capture the essence of the game at hand...
New Art Academy - That has online sharing, right?
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - It's no secret that many people love it, myself included!
Pokémon Y - Is it worth adventuring through Kalos again? Definitely possibly!
Too...many...choices! Oh, Nintendo eShop, you do spoil us! Does anybody have any advice?

Okay, I've narrowed my list back down to five titles: A Link Between Worlds, Mario & Luigi, Mario Party, Art Academy and Y. I'll let you know what I've chosen.

@zack Art academy did with Swapnote, but since that's gone I believe the only way to do so is to wait for a Miiverse community

At least the Wii U Art Academy game has a Miiverse community!

I made my choice! I couldn't resist a retro-inspired Zelda game, so I went with The Legend of Zelda: Leg Before Wicket. Surprisingly, it has no cricket in it.

I'm thinking about getting a new 3DS game to take with me on my trip, but I'm not sure what to choose. I've come up with a list of choices, all of which I'd like to collect eventually:
Kirby Triple Deluxe - It's Kirby! In 3D!
Pokémon X - This time I'll make the correct Kanto starter choice...Bulbasaur!
Tomodachi Life - It looks like more fun than being trapped in a fart factory without a gas mask...which wouldn't be fun at all!
The "Denpa" Men 3: The Rise of Digitoll - Same reasons as Tomodachi Life...heheheh..."fart factory"!
Steel Diver: Sub Wars - Only if the full game has a lot more replay value than the trial version.
Does anybody know if any of these would be ideal boredom-busters for a 2-3 hour trip?

The demo alone could last you 2-3 hours from Denpa Men 3. If you like it then you can decide if you want to buy it. Don't forget it's the first part of the actual game and all data can be transfered to the new one if you purchase it.
